You are invited to spend four nourishing days and nights with the Mama Lab Retreats well-being team, Sara, Amanda & Rachel, in the mountainous paradise of Spain’s Costa Blanca Valencia region.

- Includes: Gorgeous, healthy brunch, dinner, and snacks on retreat days, including traditional Spanish dinner out on one night, daily embodied yoga, swimming pool and jacuzzi, energising and relaxing movement sessions, breathwork, meditation, nutrition and holistic wellbeing workshops, eco walk, ice bath, immersion in nature, cacao and fire ceremony, intention setting, journaling, guided bodywork practice, free time to explore the incredible surroundings of the Costa Brava.

- Venue: Join us at this exquisite venue nestled in the mountains of the Valencia region of Spain, 10 minutes from the coastal town of Calpe. We have whole hire of this gorgeous space for the 4 days of the retreat, including cosy indoor spaces and serene outdoor sanctuaries with dramatic vistas, and lashings of Spanish sun.

Choose your room from the list below and click the button to pay a £200 deposit and secure your place. 50% of the balance is payable by bank transfer on or before Monday 8 July 2024. The remaining balance is payable on or before 11 September 2024. Monthly payment plan available if preferred.
