A transformational weekend retreat with yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, ice bath and sauna!
You are invited to spend the weekend with the Mama Lab Retreats well-being team, Sara, Amanda & Rachel, in the glorious setting of the New Forest.

- Friday 3 to Sunday 5 November 2023
- Friday at 4pm until Sunday at 4pm (free time on Saturday and Sunday afternoon)
- Prices from £450 for shared bunk room, £575 for twin single beds, and from £635 for double rooms with single occupancy. Please see the list below for a description of the rooms and prices.
- The weekend will include 5 meals with locally sourced organic dishes, hot drinks and snacks, guided bodywork practice, energising and relaxing movement sessions, breathwork, meditation, nutrition and holistic wellbeing workshops, free time to explore the New Forest, nourishing lunch and snacks, immersion in nature, cacao and fire ceremony, intention setting, journalling.

Payment
Choose your room from the list below and click the button to pay a £150 deposit and secure your place. The remainder is due on or before Friday 22 September 2023. Rooms are allocated on a first come first serve basis and we will endeavour to keep room availability up-to-date!
Venue
Join us at the “home of wellbeing’ in the New Forest, Hampshire. We have whole hire of this gorgeous space for the weekend, including beautiful indoor spaces, formal gardens, a secret walled garden, lawns, parkland, and woods.

Room 9 is a large double room with bath, shower and garden view @ £685
Room 10 is a medium double room with shower and garden view @ £665

Room 12 is a medium double room with shower and back view on the north side of the building with a separate side entrance @ £635
